I will go with my father a-ploughing

= আমি আমার বাবার সাথে কৃষিকাজে / লাঙলকরতে যাবো   (ploughing-প্লাউয়িং)

To the green field by the sea,

= সমুদ্রের ধারে সবুজ মাঠে,

And the rooks and the crows and the seagull

এবং দাঁড়কাক, কাক ও গাঙচিল      (rooks-রুকস; seagull– সিগাল)

Will come flocking after me. 

= আমার পিছনে ঝাঁকে ঝাঁকে আসবে         (flocking-ফ্লোকিং)

   I will sing to the patient horses

= আমি সহিষ্ণু ঘোড়াদের উদ্দেশে গান গাইবো ,   (patient-পেসেন্ট)

With the lark in the shine of the air,

= চমৎকার বাতাসে ভরতপাখির সঙ্গে,

And my father will sing the plough-song

= এবং আমার বাবা চাষের গান গাইবে

That blesses the cleaving share.

= যেটা ( গানটি) কর্ষণ  কাজকে পবিত্র করবে ।। (blesses-ব্লেসেস; cleaving-ক্লিভিং)

I will go with my father a-sowing

= আমি আমার বাবার সঙ্গে বীজ বপন করতে যাবো       (sowing-সোয়িং)

To the red field by the sea, 

=সমুদ্রের ধারে লাল মাঠেতে ,

And the merls     and the robins and the thrushes

= বাজ জাতীয় পাখি, রবিনপাখি ও থ্রাস পাখিরা আসবে,     

Will come flocking after me. 

= আমার পিছনে ঝাঁকে ঝাঁকে আসবে         (flocking-ফ্লোকিং)

I will sing to the striding sowers

= আমি ওই কঠোর পরিশ্রমী বীজ বপনকারীদের জন্য গাইব ।। (striding-স্ট্রাইডিং;sowers-সোয়ার)

 With the finch on the greening sloe,

= গায়ক পাখি ফিঞ্চের সঙ্গে সবুজ (কাঁচা) বুনো কুল ,   (greening sloe-গ্রিনিং স্লো)    

And my father will sing the seed-song

= এবং আমার বাবা বীজের গান গাইবে

That only the wise men know.

= যেটা কেবল জ্ঞানী মানুষেরাই জানে ।।

I will go with my father a-reaping

= আমি আমার বাবার সঙ্গে শস্য কাটতে যাবো     (reaping-রিপিং)

To the brown field by the sea

=সমুদ্রের ধারে বাদামী /খয়েরী মাঠেতে ,

And the geese and the pigeons and the sparrows

= এবং রাজহংসীর দল, পায়রার দল, চড়াইপাখির দল

 Will come flocking after me. 

= আমার পিছনে ঝাঁকে ঝাঁকে আসবে         (flocking-ফ্লোকিং)

I will sing to the weary reapers

= আমি ক্লান্ত কর্ত্নকারীদের জন্য গাইব        (weary-ওয়ারি; reapers-রিপারস)

With the wren in the heat and the sun,

= গরম আর রোদের মধ্যে গায়ক পাখির সঙ্গে ,  (wern-রেন)

And my father will sing the scythe-song

= এবং আমার বাবা গাইবে কাস্তের গান     (scyth-সাইদ)

That joys for the harvest done.

= যেটা ( গানটি) ফসল কাটার শেষ হওয়ার আনন্দের ।।
