৪) এইগুলি হল প্রাথমিক কাজ । প্রথম বাক্যটি হবে  ঘটনাটি -১) কি?,  ২) কোথায়?,  ৩) কখন ঘটেছে তা লেখা । যেমন —

ii) A ghastly road / train / boat / plane accident claimed 56 lives yesterday, near Jalpaiguri at about 3p.m.

 কতকগুলি বাক্য্ যেগুলি যে কোনো দুর্ঘটনায়  লেখা যায় —

১) বাস ও লরির মুখোমুখি ধাক্কা হল । [ The bus collided with a lorry. ]

২) ফলে ৪০ জন মারা গেল ।   [ As a result at least 40 persons / passengers were killed.]

৩) প্রায় ২২ জন গুরুতর আহত হয়েছেন ।   [ At least 22 persons were seriously injured. ]

৪) দুর্ঘটনার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে স্থানীয় লোকজন উদ্ধার  কার্যে ঝাঁপিয়ে পড়েছিলেন । [ Immediately after the accident the local people jumped into rescue work. ]

৫) আহত লোকজনদের স্থানীয় হাসপাতালে নিয়ে যাওয়া হচ্ছে ।

  [ Injured persons were taken to the local hospital by the local people and police. ]

৬) তাদের মধ্যে ৩ জনকে প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসার পর ছেড়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে এবং বাকীদের ভর্ত্তি করে নেওয়া হয়েছে ।[ 3 of them were let off after first aid and rest were hospitalised. ]

৭) ভীতি এবং উত্তেজনা গোটা এলাকায় ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে ।।[ Terror and bereavement loom large in the entire area. ]

GANESWARI EXPRESS DERAILED, 148 KILLED

Jhargram, September 30 : A tragic / ghastly  rail accident took place near Sardiha station at Jhargram in Paschim Midnapore , yesterday at about 2.30 am. The 24 bogies Ganeswari Express was travelling for Mumbai. It was running at full speed near Sardhia station. Suddenly a strange sound like an engine was heard. Then the bogies began to toss violently. In a few seconds last 10 bogies derailed and went upside, down and everywhere. As a result 148 passengers were killed. Over 272 passengers were seriously injured. Immediately after the accident local people and RPF jumped into the rescue work. The injured persons were taken to the local hospital by them. The cause of this accident was yet not known.  Railway Minister rushed on the spot and ordered to set up an enquiry commission to find out the true cause. She announced Rs. 5 lakh  and employment for the family of each dead, Rs. 1 lakh for seriously injured and Rs. 50,000 for minorly injured passengers. Terror and bereavement loom large in the entire area.

Sainthia, July 21 : Decades most devastating rail accident took place in Sainthia, yesterday at about 2.01 am. Up Vananchal Express reached Sainthia station at about 1.52 am. People started to unload the sacks of green chillies from the last compartment. Suddenly the speeding Uttarbanga Express rammed it from behind. As a result 5 bogies of Vananchal Express smashed into over bridge and got sliced. The driver of Uttarbanga Express and guards of Vananchal Express were killed immediately. At least 62 other passengers were killed. Over 112 passengers were injured. Immediately after the accident local people and RPF jumped into the rescue work. The injured persons were taken to the local hospital by them. The cause of this accident was yet not known. But it was suspected that either the driver had missed the red signal or the signal was not red. Railway Minister rushed on the spot and ordered to set up an enquiry commission to find out the true cause. She announced Rs. 5 laky  and employment for the family of each dead, Rs. 1 lakh for seriously injured and Rs. 50,000 for minorly injured passengers. RAJDHANI EXPRESS DERAILED, 56 KILLED

Saharanpur, June 15 : More than 56 people including 30 women are to have feared died and 100 others are injured when Delhi bound Rajdhani Express got derailed at Saharanpur 40 km from Kanpur.It rammed on to a goods train coming from the opposite direction at 5 a.m. in the morning yesterday. Howrah Delhi Rajdhani Express confronted one of the most costly accident in the recent past when are the early hours of the day. It got delayed following some technical fault as per the initial observation. Visibility was almost Nil when the accident took place. 5 compartments are completely mangled.Bodies of Dead people are found scattered around the tracks. The local villagers rushed to the spot and tried to hospitalised the injured people. The police and army have been been deployed in the scene. The government has announced an extra Garcia of 3 lacs to the family members of the kind person and 100000 to the injured people. Terror and bereavement loom large in the entire area.

KAMRUP EXPRESS NOT PASSENGER BUS 10 KILLED

Katwa, December 15 : yesterday at about 6.30 a.m. in the dawn Down Kamrup Express rammed against a passenger bus a few miles east of Katwa. According to the local people down Kamrup Express was coming at top speed. A State bus was crossing the line. Because of heavy fog the driver of the bass could not see the train coming. There being no gate at the level crossing the bus driver got on the line. Instantly rushing train knocked the bus and got drailed. As a result at least 10 passengers were killed and 20 others were seriously injured. The body of the bus was smashed. Immediately after the accident the local people jumped into rescue work. The injured passengers were taken to the nearest hospital where the condition of a few stated to be serious. Train services on the line wire disrupted following the accident. Terror and bereavement loom large in the entire area.
